Premium cool-climate Pinot Noir is fermented with wild yeast, pressed and double distilled  with pot still and aged in French oak.
Golden colour with crimson hue with aromas of strawberry & apricot. The palate is perfectly integrated from extended ageing in the best French oak hogsheads (Ex wine). Limited release
